Pelmor Laboratories has hired a Chief Chemist.
James Kuhn has joined Pelmor's staff as its new Chief Chemist. Jim will be responsible for the development of new and revised compound formulations, the managing of the laboratory facilities and personnel, and the Custom Mixing department.
He has over 15 years of in-depth experience working in the rubber industry, serving the industrial, automotive, aerospace, and defense markets. His many affiliations include the American Chemical Society; the ACS Rubber Division (Mid-Atlantic Chapter, Board of Directors); the American Society of Transportation & Logistics (Philadelphia Chapter, Board of Governors); [CTL certification in progress], and the Federation of Societies for Coatings Technology (FSCT).
